Our client is a luxury-focused digital marketing agency specialising in reaching high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth audiences. They work with leading brands across luxury real estate, hospitality, travel, automotive, and wealth management - and they’re looking for a commercially minded Digital Marketing Manager to lead their own marketing efforts.
This is a hands-on role with real ownership. You’ll develop and execute the company’s internal marketing strategy, drive brand awareness, generate qualified leads, and help position the agency as a recognised authority within luxury marketing.
What You’ll Do as Digital Marketing Manager | Luxury Digital Agency:
*Develop and execute the agency’s marketing strategy across multiple channels.
*Build thought leadership programmes and create content that demonstrates expertise.
*Manage paid media campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn) and optimise for lead generation.
*Own the marketing calendar and campaign roadmap.
*Create engaging content across blogs, social media, webinars, reports, and industry insights.
*Work with internal creative teams and external suppliers to deliver marketing initiatives.
*Identify opportunities to improve efficiency through AI, automation, and new technologies.
*Track performance, produce reporting, and drive commercial outcomes.
*Manage stakeholder relationships across the business.
What You’ll Bring as Digital Marketing Manager | Luxury Digital Agency:
*3-5 years’ B2B marketing experience (ideally with agency background at some point in your career).
*Proven experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
*Strong track record building lead generation campaigns.
*Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
*Commercial awareness and understanding of marketing’s role in revenue generation.
*Proficiency with Canva and modern marketing tools.
*Experience using AI tools to improve workflows.
*Highly ambitious, proactive, and genuinely passionate about marketing.
Desirable:
*Agency environment experience.
*Luxury sector or professional services background.
*Strong copywriting or PR/thought leadership experience.
*CRM and marketing automation platform experience.
