Full Time | Permanent
An established Chartered Financial Planning firm is looking to recruit an experienced IFA Administrator to join its growing Client Services team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a Financial Services Administrator looking to join a professional, client-focused Wealth Management business offering genuine long-term career development.
The Role*Provide full administrative support to Financial Advisers.
*Process new business across pensions, investments and protection.
*Liaise with providers, platforms and clients.
*Prepare review packs and client documentation.
*Maintain accurate client records and back-office systems.
*Support advisers throughout the client journey from application through to ongoing servicing.
Requirements*Previous experience as an IFA Administrator, Financial Services Administrator or Wealth Management Administrator is essential.
*Experience working within an IFA, Financial Planning or Wealth Management firm.
*Strong knowledge of pensions, investments and financial planning administration.
*Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
*Experience using Intelligent Office, Xplan or similar back-office systems is advantageous.
