The Role
*Supporting the Parts Department with day-to-day operations
*Identifying, sourcing and ordering parts for machinery and commercial vehicles
*Assisting customers over the phone
*Managing stock levels, goods-in and goods-out
*Preparing parts for workshop jobs
*Using internal systems to process orders and check availability
*Working closely with technicians and the service team
Requirements
*Excellent customer communication skills and telephone manner essential
*Agricultural machinery or automotive knowledge essential
*Computer literacy: Confident using Microsoft Word, Excel, and Office
*Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
*Good time keeping
*Flexibility: Willing to adapt when needed
*Multi-tasking ability
*Organised
*Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment as part of team and independently
