Full job descriptionWe are seeking an exceptional Team Assistant to join a highly regarded and prestigious private equity firm on a holiday cover assignment starting in August. Based in their stunning London offices, this is an excellent opportunity to support a busy and welcoming team in a fast-paced, professional environment.

Working closely with the Managing Director, VP and wider investment team, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of their day-to-day activities, enabling them to focus on their priorities and demanding schedules.

You’ll be client facing in your communication, confident, highly organised and will have precise attention to detail.

A minimum 4 - 5+ years’ experience as a Team Assistant or Executive Assistant. This role requires you to have experience gained within Private Equity, Investment Management, Asset Management, Banking or Professional Services.


Key Responsibilities* Diary and calendar management for senior stakeholders
*Coordinating meetings across multiple time zones
*Acting as first point of contact with clients
*Supporting travel arrangements and itinerary coordination
*Responding to queries where appropriate
*Providing general administrative support to the team

5 days in office.
