An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced VAT Director or ambitious Senior Manager looking to take the next step in their career. Joining a growing and highly regarded Indirect Tax team, you’ll play a key role in delivering high-quality VAT advisory and compliance services to a diverse portfolio of corporate clients across a wide range of sectors.

The RoleKey responsibilities include:
*Managing a varied portfolio of VAT advisory and compliance clients.
*Providing clear, practical and commercially focused VAT advice.
*Liaising with HMRC on technical matters, enquiries and disputes.
*Supporting transactions including acquisitions, disposals, restructures and due diligence projects.
*Advising clients on complex VAT issues and negotiating practical solutions.
*Supporting business development by identifying new opportunities and preparing proposals.
*Delivering VAT training to colleagues and clients.
*Mentoring, managing and developing junior team members.
About YouThe successful candidate will have:
*Significant VAT advisory and compliance experience gained within practice.
*Strong technical knowledge of UK VAT legislation.
*Experience managing client relationships and delivering high-quality advisory work.
*Excellent communication, report writing and problem-solving skills.
*A commercial mindset with the ability to identify new business opportunities.
*Previous experience managing and developing team members.
*ACA, CTA or equivalent qualifications are desirable but not essential.
