Our client is a well-established, independent estate agency based in the London Bridge area, covering residential sales and lettings across Central and South East London. Job Description
An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Sales & Lettings Negotiator to join a busy, independent agency in the London Bridge area. This role is ideal for a target-driven professional with a strong track record in property, looking to join a business where performance is genuinely rewarded and career progression is achievable.
Duties and Responsibilities
*Register applicants and match them to suitable properties, arranging and conducting viewings.
*Generate new business through proactive prospecting, canvassing, and building relationships with landlords, vendors, and local contacts.
*Negotiate offers between buyers/tenants and sellers/landlords, working deals through to a successful close.
*Manage the sales/lettings progression process, liaising with solicitors, mortgage brokers, and other third parties to keep transactions moving.
*Provide accurate valuations support and market appraisals where required.
*Maintain up-to-date records on the CRM system and ensure listings are current across all property portals.
*Deliver consistently high levels of customer service, building long-term relationships with clients.
*Work towards individual and branch targets, contributing to overall office performance.
Required Skills and Experience
*Previous experience in estate agency essential (sales, lettings, or both).
*Strong negotiation skills with a track record of hitting or exceeding targets.
*Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
*Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple clients and properties simultaneously.
*Confident, professional manner with strong customer service instincts.
*Comfortable using CRM systems and property portals (Rightmove, Zoopla, etc.).
*Full UK driving licence and own vehicle preferred.
