Full job descriptionProduct Specialist – Insolvency Software Support
Location: Hybrid Working Available/Remote

Imperium Financial Recruitment is pleased to be working with a market-leading software provider to recruit an experienced Product Specialist with a strong background in insolvency and Turnkey IPS.
This position offers an exciting opportunity to join an innovative business that supports insolvency professionals across the UK. You’ll play a key role in helping clients get the very best from their software while providing expert guidance, technical support and exceptional customer service.
Key ResponsibilitiesWorking as part of a dedicated support team, you will:
*Act as the main point of contact for customer support enquiries.
*Provide expert advice on the functionality and use of Turnkey IPS.
*Investigate and resolve technical and user-related issues.
*Record and manage support cases accurately using the internal support system.
*Work alongside colleagues across technical and product teams to resolve client queries efficiently.
*Assist the Helpdesk team with incoming support requests.
*Deliver online and on-site client support and software guidance where required.
*Build long-term client relationships through outstanding service and product knowledge.
Candidate ProfileThe ideal candidate will possess:
*Proven experience using Turnkey IPS (SQL and/or Cloud), which is essential.
*Previous experience within an insolvency practice, ideally gained over two to five years.
*Excellent understanding of insolvency processes and case management.
*Strong organisational and time management skills.
*Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
*A customer-focused approach with excellent problem-solving skills.
*Confidence using Microsoft Office applications.
*A positive, proactive attitude and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
