Full job descriptionAre you highly organised, naturally caring and someone who loves making people feel welcome?
We’re looking for a professional, proactive and personable individual to become the first point of contact within a busy, client-focused environment. This is a varied role combining front-of-house, client coordination and administration, where every day is different and attention to detail is essential.
You’ll be the friendly face welcoming visitors, managing appointments and ensuring every interaction runs smoothly, while supporting a busy professional team behind the scenes.
The Role*Welcome clients and visitors in a warm, professional manner.
*Manage appointments, diaries and enquiries.
*Prepare, check and process confidential documentation.
*Ensure records and forms are completed accurately and on time.
*Coordinate communications before and after appointments.
*Maintain electronic records and databases.
*Support the smooth day-to-day running of reception and administration.
*Assist with general office coordination and administrative tasks.
We’re Looking For Someone Who:*Has previous reception, administration or customer service experience.
*Is exceptionally organised with excellent attention to detail.
*Enjoys working with forms, documentation and accurate record keeping.
*Is confident managing confidential information.
*Can juggle multiple priorities while remaining calm and professional.
*Has excellent communication and IT skills.
*Takes pride in delivering outstanding customer service.
Experience working within a professional, regulated or compliance-led environment, such as healthcare, legal, financial services, insurance, veterinary or similar, would be advantageous. Transport is essential
