Job Description:
Full job descriptionIf you are an AAT studier, or early stage CIMA/ACCA studier, then this could be a great opportunity for you to add to your experience.
This expanding and forward-thinking business are adding a Senior Accounts Assistant to their team, to work closely with the Management Accountant.
You will take full responsibility for all aspects of transactional accounting, adding variety to an interesting role:
*Regular and timely bank and balance sheet reconciliation
*Maintenance of the Fixed Asset register
*Accounts Payable - including supplier statement reconciliation, payment runs and query resolution
*Review and maintain Direct Debit schedules and leases
*Support Management Accountant with month-end process - journals, reconciliations and supporting documentation
*Cover for Accounts Receivable
Applicants must be able to commute to Hendon on a daily basis (100% office based) and possess relevant experience in the above duties.
You should also have solid Excel skills (Pivot Tables and Vlookups).
