What You’ll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities) as a Lettings Valuation Manager:
*Carry out lettings market appraisals and win new instructions
*Develop new business opportunities through networking, referrals and prospecting
*Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords and prospective clients
*Advise landlords on pricing, marketing strategies and current market conditions
*Work closely with the lettings team to maximise instructions and completed lets
*Ensure compliance with current lettings legislation and company procedures

*Previous experience in residential lettings with a strong valuation background
*Proven track record of winning new lettings instructions
*Excellent business development and relationship management skills
*Strong negotiation and communication abilities
*Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
*Self-motivated with the ability to achieve and exceed targets
*Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
*Smart, professional appearance with a positive and proactive attitude
