Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm (45 hours per week)
The Role
An excellent opportunity has arisen for 2 Multi-Skilled Engineers to join a leading facilities and maintenance operation on a static site in Raunds. Working as part of the on-site engineering team, you will be responsible for delivering both planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance across a busy commercial environment.This is a hands-on role requiring a proactive engineer who can work independently while ensuring compliance, safety, and service standards are consistently achieved.
Key Responsibilities
*Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) activities.
*Respond to reactive maintenance requests in a timely manner.
*Diagnose and repair electrical and mechanical faults.
*Perform general building fabric maintenance where required.
*Ensure all work is completed in line with statutory regulations and site compliance requirements.
*Accurately complete maintenance records and documentation.
*Meet agreed service level agreements (SLAs) and performance targets.
*Promote and maintain high standards of health and safety at all times.
Requirements
*Recognised Electrical or Mechanical qualification.
*Previous experience in a multi-skilled maintenance role.
*Strong understanding of building services and M&E systems.
*Experience carrying out both reactive and planned maintenance.
*Ability to work within strict compliance and SLA-driven environments.
*Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills.
