*Act as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders regarding administrative requirements.
*Monitor and allocate resources to meet team and organisational goals effectively.
*Prepare and manage budgets related to the business support department.
*Oversee compliance with organisational policies and regulatory requirements.
*Identify opportunities for training and development within the business support team.
