What We’re Looking For:
Previous experience working with young people in an educational, coaching, youth work or support settingTeaching Assistant qualifications such as:
*Level 2 Teaching Assistant
*Level 3 Teaching Assistant
*Supporting Teaching & Learning qualifications
*Relevant degree (desirable but not essential)
A passion for supporting students and helping them achieve their full potential Strong communication and behaviour management skills Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
