Full job descriptionLearning & Development Coordinator -Southampton-FTC-Upto £27.50ph
We’re looking for an experienced L&D Coordinator to support learning operations on a 6-month contract.
You’ll manage learning requests, administer Workday Learning/LMS, support learners and stakeholders, coordinate suppliers, process training administration, and maintain accurate records.
Ideal candidates will have:
*L&D, training coordination, or LMS administration experience
*Workday Learning or HR system experience (desirable)
*Strong organisation and communication skills
Offer: Up to £27.50 per hour, hybrid working (3 days Southampton office), immediate start available.
