Full job descriptionCommercial Property Solicitor (Associate) – Bristol/Hybrid
Opportunity for a qualified Commercial Property Solicitor with a minimum of 2 years post qualification who is looking to take that career step up to Associate level and join a leading top Legal 100 Law firm in Bristol.
In this role you’ll work with a broad range of clients, manage transactions from instruction to completion working in a collaborative, ambitious team.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage a varied caseload of commercial property matters, including:
*Acquisitions and disposals
*Landlord and tenant work
*Asset management
*Telecommunications transactions
Act for a diverse portfolio of clients:
*Landlords
*Tenants
*Investors
*Lenders
Develop lasting relationships with clients
Work closely with colleagues across the wider Property team
Support the development of the juniors
