This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced 1st & 2nd Line IT Technician looking to broaden their technical exposure and take the next step in their career.

Joining a growing organisation, you’ll play a key role in supporting users, maintaining critical systems, and developing your skills across Microsoft cloud technologies and business applications.

Please note, this role is based on site 5-days near Colchester.

Key Requirements
*Provide 1st and 2nd line support for hardware, software and user issues
*Act as a first point of contact for IT incidents and service requests
*Support and administer Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint and OneDrive
*Assist with Azure/Entra ID user administration, permissions and access management
*Manage and resolve tickets in line with agreed service levels
*Deliver excellent customer service and clear communication to end users
*Work collaboratively with the wider IT team to resolve technical issues and improve service delivery

Key Experience
*Previous experience in a 1st and/or 2nd Line IT Support role
*Experience supporting Microsoft 365 environments
*Knowledge of Azure and Entra ID administration
*Experience working with service desk or ITSM ticketing systems
*Strong troubleshooting skills across hardware, software and remote support environments
*Familiarity with Intune, SCCM or similar endpoint management tools
*Experience supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM would be advantageous
*Understanding of ITIL principles or an ITIL certification would be beneficial
*Strong communication skills with the ability to build effective relationships with users across the business
