Salary: £30,000+ (DOE)

The RoleAs a Costs Draftsperson, you’ll play a key role in maximising costs recovery and supporting fee earners across the business. Your responsibilities will include:
*Drafting Bills of Costs, Points of Dispute, and Replies
*Preparing both fixed costs and multi-track bills
*Negotiating settlements with opponents and insurers
*Assisting with detailed assessment proceedings
*Advising fee earners on costs strategy and recovery
*Managing deadlines and ensuring compliance with CPR requirements
What We’re Looking For*Previous experience in a legal costs role
*Strong knowledge of CPR and costs procedures
*Excellent drafting and negotiation skills
*Ability to manage a varied workload independently
*Strong organisational and communication skills
*Experience in personal injury or civil litigation (desirable)
