Property & Lettings Administrator
North London£28,000-£32,000 Basic Salary (DOE)
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a well-established, independent estate agency in North London as an experienced Property & Lettings Administrator.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an organised and proactive administrator who enjoys working in a fast-paced property environment and is looking to become an integral part of a successful lettings team.
Please note: This role is interviewing next week, so early applications are encouraged.
The Role
Working closely with the lettings and property management team, you’ll be responsible for progressing tenancies from the point an offer is agreed through to key handover, ensuring every stage of the process is completed efficiently and compliantly.
Key Responsibilities
*Progressing agreed lets through to completion and key handover
*Preparing tenancy documentation and ensuring files are fully compliant
*Managing property compliance including Gas Safety, EICRs, EPCs and other statutory requirements
*Liaising with landlords, tenants, referencing companies and contractors
*Raising invoices and managing administration relating to tenancy progression
*Updating records and maintaining accurate files using Alto CRM
*Coordinating move-ins and ensuring all documentation is completed on time
*Delivering exceptional customer service to landlords and tenants throughout the lettings process
*Supporting the wider lettings and property management team with day-to-day administration
About You
*1-2 years’ experience within a Lettings Administrator, Property Administrator or Tenancy Progression role
*Previous experience using Alto CRM is highly desirable
*Strong understanding of the lettings process and property compliance
*Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
*Confident communicating with landlords, tenants and contractors
*Professional, proactive and customer focused
*Able to manage multiple priorities within a busy office
