Full job descriptionWe are currently recruiting for an experienced and reliable Handyman to join the on-site team at a high-end residential development in North West London.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with excellent all-round maintenance skills who enjoys working in a customer-focused residential environment.
The RoleYou will be responsible for carrying out a wide range of maintenance tasks, helping to ensure the development is safe, well-presented and maintained to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities*Carry out general maintenance and repair work across the development.
*Complete routine inspections of communal areas.
*Undertake basic plumbing, decorating, carpentry and general repairs.
*Respond promptly to maintenance requests.
*Assist with planned preventative maintenance.
*Liaise with specialist contractors where required.
*Help maintain the overall appearance and safety of the development.
*Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with health and safety regulations.
What’s on Offer*Salary of £33,614.52 per annum (inclusive of contractual overtime).
*Permanent, full-time position.

About You*Previous experience in a handyman, caretaker, maintenance operative or facilities role.
