What You’ll Be Doing
*Driving new business opportunities across mid-market and enterprise clients.
*Owning the entire sales cycle from prospecting to close.
*Leading discovery sessions to uncover client challenges and digital maturity.
*Shaping and presenting digital transformation solutions across areas such as automation, cloud, AI, analytics, and customer experience.
*Building long-term relationships and acting as a trusted advisor to client stakeholders.
*Collaborating with technical and delivery teams to scope and propose tailored solutions.
*Maintaining a strong pipeline and consistently achieving revenue targets.


What You Bring
Essentials
*Proven B2B sales success. Ideally in digital transformation, SaaS, technology, or consultancy.
*Strong understanding of business processes and how digital tools create value.
*Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation capabilities.
*Ability to engage confidently with C-suite decision-makers.
*A consultative mindset and a passion for problem-solving.
*Self-driven, ambitious, and comfortable working autonomously.
Nice-to-Haves
*Experience with automation, cloud platforms, AI/ML, ERP/CRM, or data analytics.
*Understanding of professional services delivery.
*Exposure to industries undergoing digital modernisation.
