Shift Times: Days 08:00 - 20:00 | Nights 20:00 - 08:00 + Paid Breaks
The Role
Our client is currently recruiting experienced Registered Nurses (RMN) ( RGN ) ( RNLD ) with mental health experience to join their specialist mental health service based in Haslemere.
This is an excellent opportunity to work within a supportive multidisciplinary team, providing high-quality care to adults with complex mental health and physical health needs. The service is easily commutable from Haslemere, Godalming, Farnham, Petersfield, Bordon, Alton, Liphook, Midhurst and surrounding areas.
As a Registered Mental Health Nurse, you will play a key role in delivering safe, effective and person-centred care while maintaining high clinical standards and supporting individuals on their recovery journey.
Essential Requirements:
• Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) or Registered Nurse (RGN) qualification.
• Current unrestricted NMC registration.
• Minimum of 1 year’s post-qualification experience as a Nurse
• Experience working within a mental health setting.
• Compassionate, caring and professional approach.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
• Flexible, proactive and self-motivated approach.
• Right to work in the UK
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver high-quality, person-centred nursing care to adults with complex mental health and physical health conditions.
• Complete comprehensive assessments, care planning and risk management.
• Administer and monitor medications in line with NMC guidelines.
• Safeguard service users and escalate concerns appropriately.
• Work closely with the multidisciplinary team to deliver positive clinical outcomes.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
• Promote recovery, dignity and independence for all service users.
• Support junior staff and contribute to a positive, collaborative team culture.
