Job Description:
Full job descriptionBlock Manager & Client Relationship Builder — Kensington & Chelsea
Location: Chelsea, SW3
Hours: Full-time, Monday–Friday (40 hrs/week) — with hybrid flexibility
Salary: Competitive, DOE
The Opportunity
A fantastic chance to join a highly-regarded, boutique Block Management team covering one of London’s most desirable postcodes — Kensington & Chelsea. Our client manages a prime, close-together portfolio of buildings, meaning less time stuck in traffic and more time actually building relationships with clients face to face.
This isn’t corporate, tick-box block management. It’s a proactive, personal, get-ahead-of-problems approach — and they’re looking for someone who wants to be part of that.
What You’ll Be Doing
*Building genuine, lasting relationships with leaseholders and freeholders
*Regular property visits, keeping buildings looking their best
*Managing Section 20 works, budgets, and service charge accounts
*Chairing AGMs and handling LPE1s/pre-contract enquiries
*Staying on top of fire safety, H&S, and compliance requirements
What You’ll Need
*12+ months’ Block Management experience
*Strong communication and relationship-building skills
*A proactive, ownership-taking attitude
*Qube MRI experience a bonus, not essential
Why This One’s Worth Looking At
*Prime, tightly-clustered Kensington & Chelsea portfolio
*Hybrid working + a full remote week from anywhere in the world each year
*23–28 days annual leave (plus bank holidays), with the option to buy 5 more
*Up to £500/year toward mental health support
*Season ticket loan, Cycle to Work, and salary sacrifice car scheme
*£2,000 referral bonus
*Genuine progression, mentorship, and support toward RICS/TPI qualifications
*Office dogs, birthday celebrations, summer & Christmas parties, and a 10-year sabbatical
*One of the strongest benefits packages going in Block Management right now
If you’re an experienced Block Manager looking for a role where the portfolio, the culture, and the perks all actually deliver — get in touch.
Want me to do an even shorter "teaser" version (100–150 words) for platforms like LinkedIn or Indeed where the full thing might get cut off or feel too long to scroll?
