Are you an experienced Conveyancing Executive looking for your next opportunity within a growing and forward-thinking law firm?
We are working with an ambitious legal practice that is expanding its Residential Conveyancing team and is looking for a confident, client-focused Conveyancing Executive to join their Brighton office.
The Role
As a Conveyancing Executive, you will manage a varied residential conveyancing caseload from initial instruction through to completion and post-completion.
Key responsibilities will include:
*Managing your own residential conveyancing caseload from start to finish
*Progressing matters proactively to ensure smooth and efficient transactions
*Providing a high level of client care and acting as a trusted point of contact throughout the process
*Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders and other third parties
*Identifying and resolving issues to keep transactions moving forward
*Ensuring all files are handled accurately and in line with regulatory requirements
*Supporting junior team members where required
*Contributing to the continued development and success of the department
About You
The successful candidate will ideally have:
*A minimum of 2 years’ fee-earning experience within residential conveyancing
*Strong knowledge of the full residential conveyancing process
*Excellent client care and communication skills
*The ability to manage a busy caseload independently
*Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
*A proactive and solutions-focused approach
*Confidence using case management systems and Microsoft Office
*Experience supporting junior colleagues, building relationships with introducers or being involved in networking and business development would be advantageous, although not essential.
