Role: Administrative Assistant
Location: Horsham, West Sussex (Office-based)
Hours: Part-time - 22.5 hours per week (3 days). Wednesday and Friday essential, third day flexible.
Pay: £25,000 - £26,000 FTE, depending on experience
An excellent opportunity has arisen for an Administrative Assistant to join one of our longstanding clients, a fast-growing accountancy firm based in Horsham.
This is a varied front-of-house and administrative role supporting the day-to-day running of the office. You’ll be the first point of contact for clients while providing administrative support to the wider team in a friendly and professional environment.

The Requirements:*Excellent verbal and written communication skills
*Strong organisational and administrative skills
*Friendly, professional and approachable manner
*Ability to liaise confidently with clients and colleagues
*Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office
*Positive attitude and willingness to support the wider team
*Professional appearance and customer-focused approach
*Previous experience within an accountancy practice desirable but not essential
The Role:*Answer and direct incoming telephone calls
*Welcome clients and visitors to the office
*Book meeting rooms and prepare meeting facilities
*Complete general administrative duties including typing letters, scanning and filing
*Sort, scan and distribute incoming post
*Monitor and respond to emails
*Provide administrative support to colleagues across the business
*Maintain a professional and welcoming reception environment
*Support the smooth day-to-day operation of the office
