5 days per week in the office.
We are partnering with a leading global investment bank to find an exceptional Executive Assistant to support a busy and high-performing Healthcare Investment Banking team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced EA who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building strong relationships, and takes pride in providing first-class support. The successful candidate will be proactive, highly organised and able to juggle multiple priorities while remaining calm under pressure. You will become a trusted member of the team, working closely with senior bankers and playing a key role in ensuring the smooth running of their day. You’ll work alongside a dynamic team in a collaborative, high-performing environment that values initiative, teamwork and excellence. What you’ll do:
*Providing proactive and seamless support to a team of senior bankers
*Managing complex and ever-changing diaries across multiple time zones
*Coordinating international and domestic travel, including detailed itineraries
*Organising internal and external meetings, client lunches, roadshows, and events
*Preparing presentations, meeting packs and supporting documentation
*Processing expenses accurately and within deadlines
*Acting as a key liaison for clients and internal stakeholders
*Anticipating the needs of the team and providing solutions before issues arise
*Supporting the wider assistant team and contributing to a collaborative culture
What you’ll need:
*Previous Executive Assistant experience within investment banking or another fast-paced corporate environment
*Confident supporting multiple senior stakeholders simultaneously
*Exceptionally organised with strong attention to detail
*Able to prioritise effectively and adapt quickly to changing demands
*A proactive, positive, and solutions-focused approach
*Excellent communication skills with a polished and professional manner
*A genuine team player who enjoys working in a collaborative office environment
