We’re looking for a Quality Improvement Supervisor for a well established manufacturing business in Rotherham.
This is a hands on role focused on customer complaints, root cause analysis and driving real improvements across production, quality and engineering.
You’ll need to be comfortable on the shop floor, confident challenging people when needed and strong enough to make sure actions are followed through properly.
The role:
*Managing customer complaints through to closure
*Carrying out root cause investigations
*Driving corrective actions across production and quality
*Making sure fixes are proven on the shop floor
*Keeping records accurate, clear and audit-ready
*Supporting customer visits and quality discussions
*Working closely with QA, QC, production and engineering
*Helping reduce repeat issues and improve right-first-time performance
*Supporting audits, improvement projects and corrective action plans
What they’re looking for:
*Quality experience within manufacturing
*QA, QC, complaints or CI background
*Strong root cause and corrective action knowledge
*Confident communicator across all levels
*Able to challenge properly and follow things through
*Strong attention to detail and documentation
*Hands-on, organised and comfortable under pressure
