Are you a Private Client Solicitor/Associate/Legal Executive looking to join a well-established Legal 500 recognised law firm?
The firm is seeking an ambitious senior Solicitor to become an integral part of its highly regarded Private Client team, taking over an established caseload while developing long-term relationships with an existing client base of high-net-worth individuals and families.
This is an excellent opportunity for a Solicitor looking to build a long-term career with genuine progression prospects within a respected and growing practice.
The Role
You will manage a varied caseload of private client matters, including:
*A varied caseload of Private Client matters
*Drafting Wills, including complex estate planning and Living Wills
*Probate applications and estate administration
*Trust creation, administration and ongoing management
*Court of Protection matters
*Advising clients on inheritance tax planning and maximising available HMRC reliefs
*Developing and maintaining strong client relationships
*Conducting client meetings and providing exceptional levels of client care
*Support across other offices when needed
The department acts for an established client base, including high-net-worth individuals with complex estates, business interests and UK and international assets.
About You
To be considered, you will:
*Be a qualified Solicitor with approximately 8+ Years’ PQE in Private Client
*A desire of progressing within the firm and the ability to support junior staff
* A commercial approach with strong business development skills
*Excellent client care and communication abilities
*A proactive, collaborative and approachable style
* Full UK Driving Licence
