People Solutions are currently recruiting for a Senior Driving Recruitment Consultant to join our well-established branch based in Swindon, overseeing the driving division.

• Monday to Friday
• 08:00 - 17:00
Salary
• £29,000 - £30,000 per annum

Day-to-Day Duties
As a Senior Driving Recruitment Consultant, your duties will include (but are not limited to):
• Carrying out business development activity to identify new opportunities
• Managing and developing existing client relationships
• Attending client meetings to discuss recruitment campaigns and workforce requirements
• Sourcing and matching candidates to vacancies
• Writing engaging job advertisements and marketing campaigns
• Shortlisting, interviewing, and registering candidates
• Ensuring compliance and completing all administrative tasks accurately
• Conducting client service reviews and regular site visits
• Reporting performance figures and working towards KPIs and targets
• Building and maintaining a strong pipeline of driving candidates
Essential Skills
To be successful as a Senior Driving Recruitment Consultant, you will need:
• Previous recruitment experience, ideally within the driving sector
• Excellent communication skills with a positive and proactive attitude
• A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
• Strong customer service and client-facing skills
• The ability to work towards targets and KPIs
• Excellent organisational and time management skills
• Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office packages
• The right to work in the UK (proof required)
Desirable Experience
• Previous driving recruitment experience would be highly advantageous
• Business development experience would be beneficial
• Experience using an ATS/CRM system would be desirable
