You’ll be responsible for converting enquiries into orders, identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell, following up quotations and building long-term customer relationships. Responsibilities will include:

*Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
*Proactively identify opportunities to increase sales
*Convert incoming enquiries into profitable sales
*Follow up quotations to maximise conversion rates
*Act as the main point of contact for customers throughout the sales process
*Provide expert product recommendations based on customer requirements
*Build long-term customer loyalty through professional and responsive service
*Resolve customer queries quickly and effectively
*Process customer orders accurately and efficiently
*Maintain accurate CRM records and sales activity
*Produce quotations, order acknowledgements and sales documentation
*Liaise with the Technical team to ensure a smooth and efficient process for customers
*Keep customers informed throughout the order process
