What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll play a key role in keeping transactions moving smoothly from instruction through to completion, including:
*Supporting conveyancing fee earners on a range of residential property matters
*Preparing contracts, legal documents, and completion packs
*Managing files from opening through to post-completion
*Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders, and third parties
*Handling AML checks and onboarding processes
*Preparing completion statements and assisting with billing
*Diary management, scheduling, and deadline tracking
*General administrative support to keep everything running efficiently
What They’re Looking For
*Previous experience as a Legal Secretary within Conveyancing or Private Client
*A solid understanding of the conveyancing process
*Strong typing and organisational skills
*A confident, professional communicator
*Someone who enjoys being part of a team and takes pride in their work
