Full job descriptionWe are currently recruiting for a dynamic and personable Sales Account Manager to join our client’s team in Guildford, Surrey. This full-time role involves managing and expanding existing customer accounts within a fast-paced environment. Your primary responsibilities will include nurturing and developing relationships to maximise customer success, identifying new revenue opportunities through upselling and cross-selling, and leveraging data analytics to anticipate client needs. The ideal candidate will be proactive, confident, and highly organised, able to manage multiple priorities effectively. No prior experience is required, as a willingness to learn and a proactive attitude are key to success in this role.
*Experience in Internal Sales or Customer Sales is desirable, but not essential
*Excellent communication skills, both over the phone and via email
*Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously
*Comfortable working with data, spreadsheets, and analytics tools
*A proactive approach with a desire to learn and develop in sales and account management
