Description
The Corporate Partner will be:


*Advising clients on mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions and corporate restructures
*Acting for a broad range of owner managed businesses, investors and corporate clients across the region
*Building and developing long term client relationships
*Helping business development and marketing initiatives to expand the Corporate practice
*Supervising, mentoring and developing junior lawyers within the team
*Working closely with fellow partners on strategic growth plans
*Delivering commercially focused legal advice on complex Corporate matters
Profile
The Corporate Partner should be:


*A solicitor or equivalent with at least 9 years’ PQE in Corporate law
*Experienced in mergers and acquisitions, private equity and complex Corporate transactions
*Able to demonstrate a strong following or established network across Yorkshire or the wider region
*Commercially minded with excellent client relationship skills
*An accomplished business developer with a track record of winning work
*An effective mentor with experience supervising and developing junior lawyers
*Motivated to contribute to the long term success of the firm

Job Offer
*Salary ranging from £100,000 to £150,000
*Generous 30 days of holiday leave.
