We have an exciting opportunity for a Payroll Client Manager to join our Steyning office. This is an opportunity supporting the Payroll Team in providing an efficient and comprehensive payroll service to clients.


Key responsibilities of a Payroll Client Manager will include:


*supporting the Payroll Team in providing an efficient and comprehensive payroll service to clients
*day-to-day administration of client payrolls to include RTI submissions and end of year reporting
*processing starters, leavers, SMP, SPP, SSP etc.
*uploading pension contributions
*assisting with reviewing and checking of payrolls
*assisting Payroll Manager with the setup of pension schemes and any new payrolls
*dealing with payroll queries
*meeting strict deadlines and processing all work with a high degree of accuracy






About you
We are looking for candidates with the following skills and experience:


*experience with IRIS Payroll Professional preferred
*strong organisational skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
*awareness of confidentiality and need for discretion
*comprehensive understanding of pensions and automatic enrolment
*ability to manually calculate payroll results and explain calculations/breakdown to clients
*confident in talking to people to build client relationships
*thorough knowledge of payroll related legislation such as PAYE, NI, family leave etc.
