Full job descriptionRole Overview:
The Talent Set are delighted to partner with our client on a fantastic Project Coordinator role. The successful candidate will support the delivery of a key stabilisation programme by coordinating activities across multiple teams, ensuring smooth communication, progress tracking, and timely implementation of tasks throughout the project duration.
Key Responsibilities:
*Develop and maintain the overall stabilisation plan and weekly priorities to meet project milestones.
*Coordinate activities across multiple teams, including meetings, workshops, testing, training, and implementation, ensuring tasks are completed within agreed timeframes.
*Manage daily engagement with external suppliers, including scheduling, action logging, and monitoring progress against deliverables. Escalate issues related to supplier responsiveness or technical concerns to relevant stakeholders.
*Plan and coordinate delivery of training schedules and manage related communications, providing regular updates on project milestones and upcoming activities.
*Track project progress using dashboards and action logs, monitor issues such as defects and change requests, and update key stakeholders regularly.
*Summarise project progress and prepare handover documentation upon stabilisation completion, ensuring smooth transition to Business as Usual.
Person Specification:
*Proven experience in project coordination, ideally within programme or project delivery environments.
*Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks effectively.
*Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams and with external suppliers.
*Ability to generate and maintain accurate project documentation, dashboards, and action logs.
*Demonstrates a methodical approach and attention to detail.
*Adaptability to changing priorities and a proactive attitude towards problem-solving.
*What’s on Offer:Salary: £197 per day + £24.59 daily holiday (PAYE)
*Location: London – hybrid with 1 day a week onsite
*Contract: Initial 4 – 12 weeks
