Financial Controller£70,000 - £75,000 + Benefits
A successful and growing business is seeking a Financial Controller to lead its finance function and support senior leadership with high-quality financial reporting, forecasting and commercial insight.
Key Responsibilities*Lead monthly management accounts, reporting and KPI analysis
*Manage budgeting, forecasting and cashflow planning
*Oversee audit, statutory compliance and financial controls
*Develop and lead a finance team
*Partner with operational and senior stakeholders to support decision-making
*Drive process improvement and reporting enhancements
About You*ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified
*Strong technical accounting and reporting skills
*Experience in budgeting, forecasting and financial control
*Confident leading and developing finance teams
*Commercially minded with a proactive, hands-on approach
*Suitable for an experienced Financial Controller or a strong practice-trained accountant seeking their first move into industry
Package*£70,000 - £75,000 salary
