Job Description:
Full job descriptionWe are pleased to be working with an expanding IT and telecom system consultancy seeking a technically capable IT Support Engineer to join their small but growing team providing remote and onsite support to customers and assisting with the management of network and infrastructure environments.
Responsibilities:
*Provide 1st and 2nd line support to customers.
*Troubleshoot hardware, software, networking, and connectivity issues.
*Configure and deploy PCs, laptops, mobile devices, and peripherals.
*Administer Microsoft 365 user accounts and services.
*Assist with firewall administration and network security.
*Monitor customer systems and proactively resolve issues.
Experience:
*Minimum 1-2 years’ experience in an IT support role.
*Good understanding of networking fundamentals.
*Experience of configuring and troubleshooting
*Experience with Microsoft 365 administration.
*Excellent communication skills and customer-focused approach.
*Desirable skills would include experience with Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), Intune device management, Windows Server administration and Hyper-V or VMware.
