Full job descriptionChalk Hill Group has an immediate requirement has for an experienced Interim Finance Director to join a profitable, private equity-backed SME business based in North London.
This is a critical leadership appointment supporting the business through a significant carve-out, requiring a commercially astute finance leader who can add value from day one.
The Role
*Lead the finance function through a complex carve-out process
*Partner closely with the CEO, Board and PE investors
*Provide strategic and operational financial leadership
*Drive robust financial controls, reporting and governance throughout the transition
Requirements
*Proven experience as an Interim Finance Director within PE-backed businesses
*Demonstrable track record of leading carve-outs or business separations
*Strong stakeholder management with investors, lenders and senior executives
*Hands-on approach with the ability to operate at pace
Package:
*£550-650 per day, outside IR35
*North London
*3 days per week on-site
*Immediate start – candidates must be available on 1–2 weeks’ notice
