Are you a Powder Coater or similar looking for a stable Monday to Thursday role (no work on Fridays) and the opportunity to earn additional money every month through efficiency bonuses for a Sheet Metal Manufacturer known for their great working environment?
This is a site-based role within a sheet metal and fabrication manufacturing environment, where you will be powder coating metal components to a high standard.
This role would suit a Powder Coater, Powder Coating Operative or similar from a manufacturing, fabrication, sheet metal, engineering or metalwork background, looking for a stable long-term role with a consistent 4-day working week.
The Role:
*Powder coating metal components within a manufacturing environment
*Preparing components before powder coating
*Working to job sheets, instructions and quality standards
*Supporting production targets in a busy fabrication environment
*Monday to Thursday only
The Person:
*Powder Coater, Powder Coating Operative, Coating Line Operative or similar
*Previous powder coating experience
*Background in manufacturing, fabrication, sheet metal, metalwork, engineering or industrial environments
*Able to work to quality standards and production targets
*Reliable, hands-on and detail-focused
