7:00 am-3:45 Monday to Thursday, 7:00 am-12:00 pm Friday (38 hours per week, with potential overtime available)
Redditch - On-site
Weld Preparation Operative
Role responsibilities
*Prepare components for welding using fixtures and engineering drawings.
*Perform sizing, facing, polishing, linishing, and cleaning operations.
*Complete post-weld finishing and cleaning activities.
*Pack finished components in accordance with customer and quality requirements.

Skills
*Previous manufacturing or engineering production experience.
*Ability to use hand tools and measuring equipment.
*Basic Maths and English skills.
*Ability to interpret drawings and work instructions.
*Strong attention to detail and quality standards.
*Good teamwork and communication skills.
