Full job descriptionREED Finance are exclusively working with a leading Global Energy efficient group, who are rapidly upscaling across the UK and Ireland. As part of their growth plans they have identified the need for a Dorset based PART TIME Interim Financial Controller to report into the Finance Director (based remotely) and support with the financial assessment of an SME Business post acquisition.

Interim Financial Controller (Part Time 3 days Tuesday - Thursday)
Duration: 4 months (Potential to be offered other projects as the Business is expanding)
Day Rate: £400 - £450 per Day (Umbrella rate)
Location: Poole (On site)
Role Details
- Assessing the finances of a leading SME Business (T/O circa £10 Million), deep diving into monthly management accounts, monthly reporting, balance sheet reconciliations
- Supporting the Finance Coordinator
- Working closely with the Finance Director (based off site), giving weekly updates.
- Posting Journals, Hands on approach
- Coaching and developing other co members
- Liaising with the Sales Director to understand the business model etc
Requirements
- ACA / ACCA / CIMA Qualified (Preference)
- Professional approach
- Experience working within SME’s and investigating discrepancies, improving systems
- Collaborative working, excellent communication skills including to non financial colleagues
- Experience of coaching / mentoring staff finance members
- Sage 50 experience would be beneficial
