We are seeking an experienced, time-served Recruitment Consultant who can demonstrate a proven billing history of at least £130,000+ annually, ideally within the legal recruitment market.
This is not an entry-level opportunity. We are looking for a high-performing recruiter who understands the full recruitment lifecycle, has a track record of consistent placements, and is looking to join a business where performance is recognised and rewarded.
What We’re Looking ForYou will ideally have:
*A minimum of 3 years’ recruitment experience.
*Demonstrable annual billings of £140,000+.
*Experience recruiting within the legal sector (preferred but not essential).
*A proven ability to develop and manage client relationships.
*Strong business development and networking skills.
*The resilience and determination required to succeed in a competitive market.
*A professional, consultative approach to recruitment.
*Ambition to maximise earnings and progress your career.
What You’ll Be Doing*Managing the full recruitment process from vacancy qualification through to placement.
*Developing new business opportunities with law firms and legal employers.
*Building and maintaining strong candidate pipelines.
*Consulting with clients on market trends, salary benchmarking, and recruitment strategies.
*Negotiating offers and managing placements through to completion.
*Working towards ambitious but achievable billing targets.
