This full-time position is ideal for candidates with a passion for early childhood development and experience supporting young learners in a school setting.

The Role
*Full-time Early Years (Reception) Learning Support Assistant position
*Supporting the class teacher in delivering meaningful, play-based learning experiences
*Providing one-to-one or small-group support to children, including those with SEND
*Helping to create a nurturing, safe, and stimulating environment
*Supporting children’s social, emotional, and academic development
*Engaging in wider school life and contributing to a positive and inclusive school ethos
This Role Would Suit
*Experienced LSAs or childcare practitioners passionate about Early Years
*Candidates with experience in Nursery or Reception settings
*Individuals looking to work in a collaborative, respectful environment where wellbeing is prioritised
