Night Shift
£12.71 per hour + Fortnightly Shift Allowance

We are currently seeking a Machine Operator to join a busy manufacturing team on a permanent night shift. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with previous manufacturing and machine operating experience who is looking to develop their skills within a specialist production environment. Full training will be provided on specific machinery, but candidates must have a background in manufacturing and experience operating machinery within a production setting.


Shift Pattern:
*Permanent Night Shift
*12-hour shifts
*2-weekly rotation
Key Responsibilities*Operating and monitoring extrusion machinery following training
*Setting up and adjusting machines to meet production requirements
*Conducting routine quality checks and recording production data
*Loading raw materials and monitoring production output
*Identifying and reporting machine faults or production issues
*Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised work area
*Following health and safety procedures at all times
*Working closely with colleagues to achieve production targets


Requirements*Previous experience working within a manufacturing or production environment
*Experience operating machinery within a factory setting
*Good attention to detail and commitment to quality standards
*Ability to follow processes and work instructions accurately
*Strong work ethic and willingness to learn new skills
*Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
*Reliable with a flexible and positive attitude
*Comfortable working 12-hour night shifts
