We’re currently working with a warm and inclusive school seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant with experience in Speech and Language support to join their team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone passionate about helping children develop confidence, communication skills, and independence within a supportive learning environment.
While Speech and Language experience is highly desirable, we would also love to hear from candidates who have supported children with:
*Autism
*ADHD
*SEMH (Social, Emotional & Mental Health needs)
*Dyslexia
*Sensory processing difficulties
No two days are ever the same in this rewarding role. One moment you could be supporting communication activities and interventions, and the next helping pupils build confidence, regulate emotions, and engage positively in classroom learning.
The school is looking for someone who:
*Is patient, nurturing, and positive
*Can build strong relationships with pupils and staff
*Is adaptable and calm under pressure
*Has a genuine passion for supporting children with additional needs
