Key responsibilities:
Deliver outstanding client care while meeting targets and ensuring full compliance with professional standards.
*Managing a varied traditional residential conveyancing caseload with a proactive, client-focused approach
*Ensuring consistently high standards of client service, communication and responsiveness
*Meeting personal and team billing, gross profit and cash-recovery targets
*Managing the financial aspects of files in line with agreed write-off parameters
*Ensuring files are opened, progressed and managed in line with internal processes and any agreed SLAs
*Maintaining accurate client, matter and enquiry data and ensuring effective use of case management systems
*Demonstrating a commitment to ongoing professional development


Experience:
*Qualified Residential Conveyancer with 5+ years’ experience
*You take pride in delivering an outstanding client experience and building strong client relationships.
*You are commercially aware, organised and comfortable working to targets.
*You are proactive, detail-focused and committed to doing things properly.
