Job Description:
Full job descriptionMy client is a growing SME business looking to more than double their turnover in the next three years. The business requires a Senior Human Resources Manager to join the team to drive the HR framework and develop team culture and employee engagement. The role will work closely with the Managing Director and will have a broad responsibility. The role is a permanent position, depending on candidate requirements it can be a full time or part-time role (3-4 days per week) and the salary would be pro-rated for part-time.
Key Responsibilities will include:
*Ensuring the business has up-to-date employment policies in place.
*Working closely with the Managing Director to ensure HR works within business operations.
*Lead the development of a company wide culture.
*Develop a detailed training programme to cover operational training and people development.
*Manage any employee relations issues with appropriate actions.
*Act as the point of contact for all HR queries.
This role would suit an experienced, senior HR professional who has extensive and broad HR experience to manage all areas of the role. Candidates must have experience from small to medium sized businesses with proven ability to work closely with senior management. The role is based on-site, and the location is only accessible by car.
