What an opportunity with a boutique, up and coming Construction firm in Didsbury.
Directors stretched, small business, growing at an incredible rate but want the right processes and infrastructure in place to be able to grow successfully.
MD requires her second in command, someone who is proactive, commercially aware, driven and will take some responsibility off her so she can focus on the rapid growth plans they have in place for 2026/27.
You’ll manage all office functions, work alongside MD and site staff to really streamline procedures, support on internal projects, manage office functions and everything in between.
MD is telling me she wants someone to come in with a fresh set of eyes on everything, bringing new energy and ideas whilst making positive changes.
