The role
As an Employment Solicitor, you’ll advise employer clients on a broad range of workplace issues and support them through day-to-day employment law challenges.


Your responsibilities will include:
*Advising on workplace disputes and employee relations matters
*Supporting clients through restructuring and redundancy exercises
*Providing advice on TUPE and business reorganisation projects
*Drafting employment contracts, policies and workplace documentation
*Assisting with Employment Tribunal proceedings
*Delivering client training and employment law updates
*Working closely with partners and colleagues across the wider team
*Contributing to business development and client engagement activities
About you
This role would suit an Employment Solicitor who:
*Has 2–5 years’ PQE in employment law
*Is confident handling both contentious and non-contentious matters
*Has experience advising employer clients on a range of employment issues
*Demonstrates excellent communication and relationship-building skills
*Can effectively manage client expectations, deadlines and competing priorities
*Takes a commercial and pragmatic approach to problem-solving
*Is keen to contribute to the continued growth of a successful team
