A well-established Further Education College in the Merseyside area is seeking an experienced Electrical Installation Lecturer to join its Engineering department on a temporary, full-time, ongoing basis.

This is an excellent opportunity to inspire the next generation of electricians by delivering high-quality teaching across Level 1-3 Electrical Installation programmes. You will work with both full-time learners and apprentices, helping them develop the practical skills and technical knowledge required for successful careers in the electrical industry.

Key Responsibilities
* Deliver engaging, high-quality teaching across Level 1-3 Electrical Installation programmes.
* Support both apprentices and full-time learners in achieving their qualifications.
* Plan, prepare and assess learning to ensure outstanding student outcomes.
* Contribute to continuous improvement and quality assurance processes.
* Work closely with employers and industry partners to support learner progression.
* Provide academic and pastoral support to learners, encouraging achievement and progression.

About You
* A strong background in Electrical Installation with relevant industry experience.
* A recognised teaching qualification or willingness to work towards one.
* Assessor and/or IQA qualifications are desirable.
* Experience delivering Electrical Installation within a Further Education or apprenticeship setting.
* Up-to-date knowledge of current electrical regulations and industry practices.
* Excellent communication, organisational and classroom management skills.
* A passion for developing learners and supporting them to reach their full potential.

An enhanced DBS check is required for this role. If you do not currently hold a valid DBS certificate, Eden Brown can arrange this on your behalf.
