Tradewind Recruitment is recruiting on behalf of a welcoming secondary school in Enfield for an experienced SEN Teaching Assistant to support a student with complex medical and physical needs.
This full-time role offers the chance to have a lasting impact on a young person’s education while working within a supportive SEN team.
The RoleYou will provide full wraparound support including:
*Morning and afternoon transition support
*Personal care and toileting assistance
*Feeding support during breaks
*Ensuring strict allergy protocols are followed
*Supporting learning inside and outside the classroom
*Building confidence and independence
*Working collaboratively with school staff and external professionals
Hours are 8:00am-3:30pm, Monday to Friday.
You Will Need*Previous SEN, care or support experience
*Confidence providing personal care
*A patient, empathetic approach
*Excellent communication skills
*Reliability and professionalism
*A genuine passion for supporting children with additional needs
